Manifest Joy: Visualization for Working Moms

Do you feel like you’re not as happy as you can be?

We get caught in the whirlwind of the working mom’s daily juggle and push aside our own happiness, and before we know it, we look around and realize that we don’t have enough joy in our lives.

I want to share with you a simple trick that has enriched my life with joy and can do the same for you: 


Visualize those things that make you feel good.

All it takes is dedicating just 10-30 seconds each day to engage in the powerful act of visualizing something that fills you with happiness and positivity.

I just think of something that makes me happy and makes me feel good.

It can be thinking about a cherished memory with my children, a fun time with my husband, or envisioning a goal that I’m actively pursuing.

The beauty of this practice lies in its simplicity. All you need to do is close your eyes and immerse yourself in the vivid imagery.

Close your eyes and just picture something that makes you feel good.

Take Action.

Take 10-30 seconds. Set a timer on your phone, close your eyes, and just picture something that makes you feel good.

When you picture it, picture it deeply.

Feel the warmth of those moments, hear the sounds associated with them, and experience the sensation of the sun caressing your skin.

Take that time and I can guarantee you will feel better. That’s how you can get more joy into your life immediately.
