4 Questions to Ask Yourself When You Feel Stuck

Have you ever felt stuck? 

Have you ever felt like where you’re at is just no good, but you don’t know what to do next? You don’t know how to get out of it. You might feel like what is going on right now is a drag, but you just can’t seem to get past it. You just know that something has to be better than where you’re at right now. 

I have been there. I’ve been there too many times to count. I’ve been there at work. I’ve been there in my dating life. I’ve been there trying to figure out how to mom better.

I found that when I get stuck, these four magic questions bring me clarity. After all, while it might not be so obvious, often we feel stuck because we lack clarity.

Something has to be better than where you’re at right now.

When we’re stuck, it’s because we don’t know what action to take next. We’re not clear on what needs to happen. So to get unstuck, we have to get clear on what we want, on what will change the situation that we’re in and make it better. 

So I want to share with you four magic questions that will give you the clarity you need. These work across all the areas of your life – your career, your finances, your relationship with your kids, and your relationship with your husband or your partner. 

They also work for creating a better environment for you to live in, whether that environment is your home, your office, or even your car. It works for your health. 

It’s a constant battle almost to stay unstuck, to stay in forward mode motion, to stay moving towards a life that I love, to stay moving towards my dreams.

These four magic questions help you to get the clarity that you need so that you can take the actions that will get you unstuck.

4️⃣ What isn’t going well?

When you can take the time to write down these questions and their answers, you will get the clarity that you need to get unstuck. You’ll get the clarity you need to understand what actions you need to take so that you can feel better. 

So you can start to thrive. 

Again, it doesn’t matter what part of your life, just ask the questions and be very honest with yourself about the answers.
