Planning is essentially thinking about and preparing for how you’re going to achieve your goals. Broken down, that’s – preparing, thinking about the tasks, writing them down, understanding the steps, and the milestones to get you to where you need to go.
So what’s the tip, you ask??? It’s extremely important to have a plan A, but the tip is it is PERTINENT to have a plan b.
ALWAYS HAVE A PLAN B.
As busy mamas, we know that life happens. Often at work, we might have those contingency plans in place, but it’s not uncommon to not have those kinds of plans for your life.
Write down your plan A AND your plan B, take a moment to pause and think about what could happen, what curveballs could be thrown your way, and then make a plan for those scenarios. This will allow you to be ready when anything comes your way, it will allow you to feel more confident about your ability to achieve your goal. And at the end of the day, if you don’t believe it, you will not achieve it.
